Alright, sorry but I thought you weren't talking seriously :)
So... let me help you with some mistakes:
- "dont lose anything" -> "don't miss anything"
- "tryin" -> "trying" (no american english, please :P)
- "It is suppose to be for practicin our english" -> "It is supposed to be to practise our english"

wops, thanks!!
I am too used to write on msn, so i miss letters and write wrong verbs which i perfectly know how to write if i just focus when i write! but thanks anyway, it was nice of u!

i have a question....why is it "to be to practise" and not how i wrote it?

thanks again ;)

For me, it sounds better on that way. But to be sure, let's ask uncle Google:
- "to be for practicing": 8,610 results
- "to be to practicing": 2 results
- "to be for practise": 1 result
- "to be to practise": 55,200 results
- "to be for practice": 23,600 results
- "to be to practice": 1,420,000 results

So, the better ways to say that are "to be to practice" or "to be to practise".
The differences between the first and the second option is that the first one is American English and the second one is UK English.

Hope it helps.

no totalmente de acuerdo ... realmente... cuantas veces has oido 'dont miss anything' ??..... mejor algo como "weve got nothing to lose"

IMHO
